The Contacta STS–S22–G is an Overhead Speaker, superbly designed to be mounted on either the staff or customer side of a counte/booth with a security screen. The speaker is IP54 compliant, meaning it is effective against the ingress of dust or water but it is not entirely prevented. Water splashing against the enclosure would pose little risk, however it must not be allowed to enter in sufficient quantity.
