The Contacta STS–K009 is a Surface Mounted Intercom System, designed to provide communication across partitions and safety screens. It’s primary usages include: nursing/care homes, hospitals/surgeries, railway stations, distribution centres and airports… or anywhere where there is a partition that isn’t constantly monitored.

The STS-K009 unit is for customer use, installed at head height. When pressed, the call button on the front of the unit alerts staff to a customer’s presence and opens a conversation channel. This product is suitable for use in environments with low ambient noise; a Hearing Loop is also included to allow direct communication with assistive listening devices.
