The Ampetronic ILD100 is an excellent Small Area, VOX Switching Audio Induction Loop Driver, for areas of up to 200m2. This compact and stylish unit is capable of driving loop areas in excess of 100m2 with an unrivalled clarity of sound for superior intelligibility. Based on proven and highly reliable technology, it is backed by a full 5 year warranty and free technical support.
All connections are plug and socket style for simple quick installation. Configuration VOX switching sets priorities for each input e.g. emergency announcements can override other audio inputs. Twin phono (RCA) inputs provide a simple interface to hi-fi systems and televisions.
Available with a range of microphones, interface cables and accessories. Freestanding or wall mounted, the ILD100 is the obvious choice for smaller installations such as TV Loop Systems, Private Home Loops, Video Conference Rooms, Nursing Homes, and Reception/Waiting Room Area Loops.
Tie Clip Microphone
Depending on your requirements, a service counter may need a small tie clip style microphone supplied with a detachable clip that can be fitted adjacent to the transparent screen, or to the counter structure as a permanent installation. If so, this is a possible solution. The microphone itself includes an omnidirectional pickup pattern and will be less effective at excluding background noise.
