The Ampetronic CLD1–CB is a complete Induction Loop Counter Kit with Boundary Microphone, primarily designed for Counter Systems and small-area Perimeter Loop Systems. Measuring only 128 x 74 x 35mm and with an output current of 2.4A RMS, the CLD1 is the smallest and highest performance amplifier in its class. Built to Ampetronic’s high standards of reliability, backed with a 5 year warranty and support, the CLD1 offers certainty of performance and the lowest lifetime cost available.

Although sold as a kit for use on a counter, the loop amp can provide coverage of up to 35m². (Depends on the aspect ratio of the room.) This removes the need for the hearing impaired person to lean over the counter to hear more easily. The kit in centred around the Ampetronic CLD1 Induction Loop Driver; which is specially designed for small areas, counters and customer service desks. In fact, in any situation where face-to-face interaction is required, the CLD1 provides an unobtrusive method of improving communication for the hearing aid user.

Audio quality is ensured with metal loss correction (MLC), combined with Ampetronic’s usual high standards of design. The CLD1 has been constructed for flexibility and convenience, featuring 2 separate microphone inputs with independent level controls – one of which can be configured as a line input. All cable connections are made on a single face of the unit, adding flexibility and further simplifying installation.
